1110 FWB, FL Time, Tuesday, 16 November 1999; Wally Little Here:

Dear bro. Peters:

Thanks for writing.

I am glad I am not the only one defending Roger Wanasen.

What Ron Halbrook wrote (and what he and Jim McDonald, and others did in the Philippines) was stir up a totally unnecessary fight over an issue that is moot there, then used this as a club to try and drive Jim Puterbaugh out of the Philippine work. When I took pubic exception to them, and what they were doing, they came down on me like a ton of bricks, trying to drive me out of that work also. In this effort, they have slapped up along side of the hear (figuratively speaking) any Filipino who refuses to go along with what they want.

I am perfectly willing to answer any questions you might have concerning my work there for the last 33+ years. I have made mistakes, but tried to correct them as I learned of them. I have never tried to run anything or anyone. At 75 and a cardiac patient, I am soon going to have to hang it up, but keep going now, lest the Halbrook-McDonald crew influence more
and more in their ungodly ways.

Enough for now; ask your questions, and I'll try to reply. And thanks again for defending Roger. I request you do this also to any others who defend these two less-than-honest Americans and the dishonest, money-seeing Filipino "preachers" exemplified by such as Rody Gumpad.

In Christ: Wally Little
